INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING SMS & WEB BASED APPLICATION

WHAT'S NEW :     Admission Notice for Spring 2013

Applicants will have to provide Teletalk with the following information: SSC (or equivalent) exam: Board, Roll, Year of passing; HSC (or equivalent) exam: Board, Roll, Year of passing; Faculty in which he/she wants to study; Group he/she belongs to. 1st SMS

Go to Teletalk prepaid mobile message option and type the following message:
  
AUST<space>SSC_Board<space>Roll<space>Year of passing<space>HSC_ Board<space>Roll<space>Year of passing<space>Faculty<space>Group

Any case allowed Upper or lower

(Note: Short names of different Boards : Dhaka → DHA, Comilla → COM, Chittagong  → CHI, Sylhet  → SYL, Barisal  → BAR, Jessore  → JES, Rajshahi  → RAJ, Dinajpur  → DIN, Madrasa  → MAD, Technical Education  → TEC, Dhaka International Business Studies  → DIBS.

Short name of Faculty : Bachelor of Business Administration → BBA

                                                        Engineering and Architecture → ENG 

Short name of Group :                                              General → GL

                                                                       Freedom Fighter → FF

                                          Remote & underdeveloped Area  → RA 

Example : AUST RAJ 234098 2010 RAJ 654321 2012 ENG FF 

            Send the SMS to 16222 

Reply from Teletalk for Valid Candidates (example): 

ABDUL KARIM, YOUR PIN IS 94563122. PAY TK 400 AS APPLICATION FEE THROUGH 2^ND SMS -“AUST<space>YES<space>PIN<space>ANY CONTACT MOBILE”. 

Reply from Teletalk for Non Qualified Candidates (example): 

YOU DO NOT QUALIFY BECAUSE GPA IS LESS THAN REQUIRED or MATH NOT FOUND or YR. OF PASSING NOT FULFILLED

 WARNING:

 Applicants are strongly advised to give their data (Board, Roll, Year of passing) of both SSC and HSC correctly during 1st SMS; otherwise they will receive a reply message from Teletalk about the mismatch of their data and/or names; and they will not be allowed to proceed further for 2nd SMS to pay the fees. However they can try to do the 1st SMS again with correct data. The university authority will not take any responsibility for incorrect data input or mismatch.

2nd SMS
Go to the message option of your Teletalk prepaid mobile with a balance of more than Tk. 400.00 and then type the following message

AUST<space>YES<space>PIN<space>ANY CONTACT MOBILE

Example: AUST YES 94563122 01711378747 

Send the SMS to 16222 to pay the application fee. 

Reply from Teletalk (example) : CONGRATS!! ABDUL KARIM. Fee received successfully for AUST admission. Password is PFDJRP and user ID is 701803. 

Then the applicants must download their Application Receipts, from the following web link: http://aust.teletalk.com.bd using their ‘password’ and ‘user ID’. When an applicant will be linked, he/she will be asked to upload his/her recent photograph (300 pixel width & 300 pixel height and file size not more than 100 KB) and signature (300 pixel width & 80 pixel height and file size not more than 60 KB).
